About Us
Family Health Care of Northwest Ohio, Inc is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides care for all ages and incomes. FHC accepts all Medicaid plans, Medicare, most insurances and offers a sliding fee scale (based on household size and income) for uninsured and under insured individuals. Family Health Care provides, primary health care, dental and behavioral health services.
